This is an assortment of miscellaneous recipes, many of which use a pressure cooker, and various items about cooking.

Recipes

Many of these recipes attempt to reduce the amount of meat and dairy; thus, you may see a dish in which you'd expect to see about 2lbs of ground beef, for example, and find that the recipe here calls for an eighth as much. This is also true for salt and sugar; typically these recipes eliminate or substantially reduce the salt and sugar.
